To find out the balance of your bank account, dial 1800-11-2211 or 1800-425-3800 and follow the instructions. To use this service, one should always dial from their registered cellphone number.

To utilise the mobile banking service, you must first sign up for SBI’s mobile banking service. To access the service, download the SBI bank’s mobile banking app.

Step 1: Launch the SBI mobile banking app.

Step 2: From the Main Menu, select ‘Enquiry Services.’
